Platinum Getaways: Terms & Conditions

1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Platinum Getaways, you acknowledge and accept our travel planning style, approach, and processes. Your purchase covers the services provided, not the outcome or subjective satisfaction. We do not offer refunds for any services rendered. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services Provided
Platinum Getaways is a travel agency specializing in:

Custom Travel Planning: Fully personalized vacations tailored to your preferences.
Pre-Crafted Getaways: Ready-to-book vacation packages.
Tailored Itineraries: Modifications to pre-crafted trips for a personalized experience.
Concierge Services: Exclusive activities, dining reservations, and curated experiences.
3. Purchases, Payments & Fees
By purchasing a travel package or service, you agree to:

Provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge all applicable fees.
Be financially responsible for all charges made under your account.
Make payments on time per agreed-upon schedules.
Payment Methods: Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). If payment is declined, services may be withheld until full payment is received.

Late Payments: Failure to make a scheduled payment within 7 days may result in service suspension, and the full outstanding amount will become due immediately.

4. No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final due to the time, expertise, and resources invested in crafting your travel plans. Platinum Getaways does not provide refunds or exchanges for any services, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the itinerary.
Travel disruptions beyond our control (e.g., weather, airline cancellations).
Missed activities or unused services.
If you initiate a charge dispute, you agree to withdraw it immediately. Any legal fees incurred in recovering disputed charges will be your responsibility.

5. Client Responsibilities
By engaging with Platinum Getaways, you agree to:

Provide timely responses and accurate travel details.
Communicate professionally with our team.
Comply with all travel regulations, visa requirements, and destination laws.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service termination without a refund.

6. Travel Insurance & Liability
Platinum Getaways strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against trip cancellations, lost luggage, medical emergencies, and unforeseen changes. We are not liable for:

Airline cancellations, delays, or disruptions.
Lost or stolen belongings.
Injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies while traveling.
You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree to release Platinum Getaways from liability arising from unforeseen travel disruptions.

7. Booking Process & Confirmation
Upon booking a travel package, you will receive a detailed travel itinerary outlining accommodations, transportation, and scheduled activities.
Any additional experiences or modifications requested after booking may be subject to additional fees.
Changes to reservations (e.g., hotel upgrades, flight changes) will depend on availability and supplier policies.
8. Communication & Rescheduling
Clients are expected to communicate promptly to finalize itinerary details.
Rescheduling Consultations: If you need to reschedule a consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to retain eligibility for a new appointment.
Missed Appointments: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
9. Force Majeure
Platinum Getaways is not liable for service delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions.
Airline strikes, hotel closures, or unforeseen geopolitical events.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Platinum Getaways reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
